• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund of the tour cost.

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled tour: 50% refund of the tour cost.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.
