Yes, we have a cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. If you wish to cancel your booked tour, here are the guidelines: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Refund of 40% of the tour cost. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided. No-shows: Our driver will wait at the pick-up location for up to 15 minutes. After that, the tour will be cancelled and considered a no-show. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
